It’s always good to reflect on what has and hasn’t worked well. To facilitate this process, we’re going to run an online retro in February 2024.

The purpose of this retro is to understand what’s worked well in 2023, dream of ways we can grow in 2024 and generally get you feeling a little more excited about the coming year.

💭 Retro Process:

  1. Prep work - Async filling out of the Retro board (instructions below)
  2. Interviews - Understanding the needs of our attendees from a number of different levels of engagement
  3. Visioning - reconnecting with our old vision and seeing if it works for us still
  4. Capacity mapping - understanding what is needed from the Network, and what personal time capacity people have
  5. Role recruitment - Organising tasks and who is responsible for them (at multiple levels of engagement)
  6. Plan for 2024 - a general plan for the year ahead (completed by Nish after the Retro)
