Network organising meeting will now be supported by roles, which will hold responsibilities held by these working groups.

Process

1. Join the working group associated to the role on Slack.
2. Share your desire to take on the role with that working group.
3. Working group members agree or disagree (and discuss).
   1. In the case of 2 or more applicants for roles, the working group collectively holds discussion and decides who should be the lead
   2. In the case of only one member in a working group and no interest to lead, reach out to the Network Co-ordinator.
4. If the role holder is not meeting tasks, the working group should discuss to see if that role holder is still the right person for the role
5. If the role holder finds themselves overwhelmed because of the amount of tasks they have to check-in on, they can ask for support from the Network
